jim.laing@bigpond.com
Jim Laing is a qualified Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the mining and consulting industry in Africa and Australia. While working in Africa on stabilising power supplies to the mines he realised the huge potential for distributed small generation facilities to alleviate the endemic power shortage. Recognising that the Crop to Kilowatt process was ideally suited to Central/East Africa owing to its abundant rainfall and land area, he has dedicated himself to stablishing biomass to power systems as the preferred technology for the region.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
